PERMISSION TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT FOR QUARTERLY RELEASES
By submitting this form, Club Member agrees that they will be charged on a quarterly basis for goods either selected by the mead maker or customized by Club Member.
SHIPPING vs. PICKUP
Club Member is aware of option to pick up releases at the Whidbey Island Tasting room, or have their order shipped. Orders not picked up within 3 months of release will be shipped at Club Member's expense.
SHIPPING
Club Member understands that they will need to be present to sign for packages, and verify age (21+). Packages that are not successfully delivered will be returned to the meadery. Club Member is responsible for re-shipping charges. Refused or canceled shipments once outbound are subject to shipping charges.
CUSTOMIZATION
Club Member understands that un-customized orders will receive the mead maker's selection.
HOW IT WORKS
One week before each quarterly release you will receive an email with the mead maker's selection. The email will contain a link that will allow you to customize your order, and update your shipping and payment information. The Club Member order will be processed on the stated release date.
SKIPPING A RELEASE
Need to skip a release or put your membership on hold? Let us know and we'll get it taken care of by emailing contact@hierophantmeadery.com. Your club discounts of 10-18% are valid any time.

CANCELLATION
Club Member may cancel their membership at any time by sending an email request to contact@hierophantmeadery.com
