Two additions of Washington Mosaic & Motueka hop varietals add balance to traditional off-dry mead. 12% ABV, 750ML.
Pairing suggestions: Anything you would enjoy a beer with…pub menu, pesto, pizza, pasta and red sauces, pretzels and cheese sauce. Pho with lime and basil leaves. Focaccia bread, parmesan cheese.
The hop additions are very fruit forward bringing citrus notes to the mead. Fresh white fish with lime or lemon, kale or broccoli with lemon and butter.
